📅 Return Window

We accept returns within 1 year (365 days) of the date the item is received. This generous window gives you plenty of time to evaluate your purchase.


✅ Return Eligibility

  • Items must be undamaged and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
  • Items with quality defects or damage caused during shipping are eligible for a full refund, including both outbound and return shipping fees — covered entirely by us.
  • Returns due to personal preference (change of mind, no quality issue) are accepted; however, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Items that are used, washed, or altered may not be eligible for return.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. To exchange an item:

  1. Contact us to initiate a return for the original item.
  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

If the exchange is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. Upon approval, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items (once shipped)
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer
