📅 Return Window
We accept returns within 1 year (365 days) of the date the item is received. This generous window gives you plenty of time to evaluate your purchase.
✅ Return Eligibility
- Items must be undamaged and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
- Items with quality defects or damage caused during shipping are eligible for a full refund, including both outbound and return shipping fees — covered entirely by us.
- Returns due to personal preference (change of mind, no quality issue) are accepted; however, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Items that are used, washed, or altered may not be eligible for return.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. To exchange an item:
- Contact us to initiate a return for the original item.
- Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
If the exchange is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Upon approval, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
